A busy mom to four children and passionate about her community, Joanne mentors other women in business and has volunteered extensively within local schools. Joanne has over 25 years of volunteer service with Girl Guides of Canada and enjoys spending time with family, travelling, curling, and cuddling with her tiny dog, Daisy.

Elise is currently pursuing a Master of Mathematics for Teachers at the University of Waterloo and graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Math. She is an Oxford Learning-certified cognitive and academic assessor and is passionate about finding the root of each student's academic struggles.
Elise's favourite part of her role at Oxford Learning is managing the students' programs and helping them overcome obstacles. She loves getting to know every Oxford Learning student and seeing them light up as their confidence grows. You will always see a smile on Elise's face when she is with students, and she constantly encourages them to keep an open mind with their learning.
