"Frustrated, bored, squashed, feeling hopeless, and basically giving up describes my son graduating from Grade 6. I was concerned for him and his future. I decided to check out Oxford Learning on the advice of a friend. He was tested and results were in and I knew they could help. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect, and more importantly, so was my son. I decided to change schools and to use Oxford Learning to help both with my son’s confidence and with the transition to the new school environment. I was very happy and pleased to see my son grow in confidence and to love school again. His marks were great and he was able to learn and enjoy his relationship with his teachers both at school and Oxford Learning. I call Oxford Learning my son’s very own “cheer leading squad”! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Oxford’s programs and staff. Our youngest son had struggles with language since a toddler. We were told by many teachers that he would never catch up to his grad level and would always struggle with school. He is now in grade 8 and has proven everyone wrong. With the help of the staff and programs offered by Oxford, he is not only at grade level, but is getting A’s on his report cards. Thank you Oxford for helping James succeed academically and for helping him grow into a confident student!

Thank you Oxford Learning Kitchener! We couldn’t have done it without you! Partnering with Oxford Learning Kitchener North (Kitchener Street location) to support the educational needs of my grandson was the best investment in his transition to high school and his learning we could have made. The transition to high school is a challenging time at best but with the impact of a teacher’s strike then moving to a quadmester model with virtual instructions was a recipe for failure and a shift from Academic to Applied level of study. Oxford was able to quickly accommodate our needs, create a solid instructional plan and methodology despite COVID, and provide regular feedback on progress, challenges and opportunities. I cannot begin to list the variety and scope of successes gained through the support of Oxford but will say that mid-term and final report cards have gone from barely squeaking over the pass/fail percentage into the high 80s – low 90s. Those grades combined with the remarkable improvement in confidence have set my grandson up for future success.

After so many years from my two children going to Oxford until their high school careers were done I honestly can say Oxford was such a great decision to enrol my children in. Now I have a 8 year old and I’ve enrolled him in and wow you can literally see the results of your children improving and getting such great help from the teachers. As well as having meetings with Melissa to see where my sons improving and his next steps! She’s been there for both my previous kids as well! I would highly recommend oxford for everyone!
