We are not just looking at academic results; our Learning Style and Achievement Test helps us identify why your child is struggling so we can fix the problem.

 

Our Learning Style and Achievement Test includes:

Why Do We Call it Dynamic?

The Learning Style and Achievement Test looks at the test results and how your child is performing during the testing. Are they open to trying, or resistant and shut down? Are they nervous or engaged? These observations of your child under testing help us better understand your child as a learner.

Unique

Our learning style and achievement test is dynamic because it adjusts according to your child’s responses. If your child shows capabilities in one area, we mark that level and move on. In this way, every student’s assessment experience will differ depending on their results.

Interactive

The test is interactive. Some areas require drawing, manipulating objects, and repeating sentences to the assessor.

Quiet

The test takes place in one of our testing rooms, away from the main classroom. This way, your child can think clearly and is not distracted by other things happening in the centre.

Stress-Free

The test can take up to three hours for older students—but it doesn’t have to be stressful! There’s no need to worry on test day: the evaluation is not so much a test as it is an opportunity for your child to demonstrate what they know and what intellectual skills they possess.

1. Elementary school students

 
A. High School Entrance Exam Preparation 

For students going into grade 6 who are applying to private school requiring entrance exams

  • 25 hours of theory and review

  • 2 practice tests (2 hours each)

  • Offered in French and/or English and math

  • Flexible scheduling

  • 10 or 20-hour modified packages are also available

B. Summer Camp   
Individualized Academic Program & Activity Time
Date: June to August

  • Option 1: Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday Times 9:30 am-12:30 pm         

  • Option 2: Days: Monday to Friday. Times 9:30 am-12:30 pm

  • (a minimum two-week registration is required with either option)

C. 10-Hour Writing Workshop

Writing in French or English
 

D. Transition to High School Program

For students going into high school 

  • Offered in French and/or English and math, includes study skills

  • 20 hours theory

  • Flexible scheduling
     

     

2. High school students

A. 20-Hour Summer School Classes

  • Comprehensive 20-hour review, available for English, French, Science, Math and/or History 

  • Available in July and August

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Letter of attestation available upon completion

 

B. Preparation for July supplemental ministry exams

Is your child rewriting their end-of-year ministry exams at the end of July? We offer both 10-hour and 20-hour packages to help prepare students for their retake.

  • Secondary 4 math

  • Secondary 4 science

  • Secondary 4 history

  • Secondary 5 French or English first language

  • Secondary 5 French or English second language

 
C. Enrichment Workshop in preparation for next year

  • Available in French, English and/or math
