Brianne and her team have been absolutely amazing! My daughter struggled with reading and writing in English, and I’ve watched her become so confident and motivated to learn. Brianne and Tracy have done an amazing job following my daughter’s IEP strategies and communicating with her school. I am so grateful for their understanding and support. I would give them 10 stars if I could!Shoshannah★★★★★
My son has been in Oxford Learning for one year. He has ADHD and has an L.D. He struggles in language. He hated reading... With the help of OxfordLearning, he's jumped up 17 levels in school for reading. He now loves to read! He enjoys OxfordLearning and the difference I have seen in him is wonderful. I will say to anyone that listens, if your child struggles, or even needs some encouragement, SEND THEM! It was the best thing we ever did for our boy. xxx Thank You Oxford Learning.Sharon C
My daughter loves going to Oxford Learning Newmarket. We had her at another location, and she wasn't happy. This location is warm, welcoming, and fun. Brianne has done incredible things there. My daughter is now reading at her grade level and enjoys school more than ever before. So thankful for the team at Oxford Learning Newmarket!Julie V★★★★★
"When we started at Oxford Learning three months ago our son (6 years old) had lost all confidence in his learning abilities, was falling behind at school, was starting to "feel sick" on school days and commented that he hated school. He was getting dangerously close to not meeting the learning outcomes for grade one. He has been attending Oxford Learning for one hour each week and his now learning at his grade level. The best part is that his teachers at Oxford Learning have helped him realize he LOVES to LEARN! Deanna and the rest of the team are truly unbelievable... They breathed life back into my little boy - PRICELESS!"Michelle C
"Before coming to Oxford Learning Newmarket, my child hated reading and was disillusioned by schoolwork. After a few short months, she has learned to read on her own and actually looks forward to it! Schoolwork is now seen as an exciting challenge and her disposition has improved tenfold. We are so grateful to the team at Oxford Learning for their support in helping our daughter find success!"Deidra M.
"Oxford learning in Newmarket has changed my daughters life. She was struggling tremendously in school and had zero self confidence. Oxford Learning accepted her with open arms. She has been attending Oxford Learning since last year. She passes almost every single math test now. She is in grade seven and she had never passed a math test in her life until we got in to Oxford Learning. They are her angels and amazing people. I highly recommend them to everyone!"Christine P.
"Oxford Learning Newmarket has been a life saver for my son who needed extra help in both math & science. My son attends Pickering College; I am thankful for Oxford Learning's flexibility with scheduling as my son had several activities & was struggling to find consistent help when needed. Most of all, I was very impressed with my son's tutors who were able to adjust to my son's learning style which was truly a game changer for him. Everyone has the ability to learn, however the ability to modify your style of teaching to meet the particular needs of those who are learning is quite special. Thank you Oxford Learning, your staff is greatly appreciated! "Sophia K-D
Amazing teachers and managers, wouldn't have got into my #1 university without their help.Matt M
Oxford Learning Newmarket provided not only warmth of a friendly environment, but an essential part of growing not only mine but many children in implementing the tools, foundations and self-confidence needed to succeed in school. Sandeep, Jamie and all the teachers...each created a bond that helped immensely my son. They worked with me as the parent to guide me through on how to help my son and know what questions to ask his teachers. It was a bittersweet moment when it was our time to say goodbye. But highly recommend this centre to any and DO recommend any parent to give the centre a try !Jacqueline R.E

Hi, my name is Tracey. I am a retired teacher. I taught elementary school for 30 years. Within those 30 years, I taught all kinds of wonderful things: homeroom to Grades 4 –8, music, health and physical education to Grades 1 and 2, special education for students with learning challenges, and instrumental music. English, math and science were my favourites. It was fun! My greatest joy in teaching, however, was coaching volleyball, basketball, badminton and track and field every year. I also had wonderful years leading the choir and band. Overnight trips with the Grade 8 students to Ottawa, Sudbury, and Niagara Falls were also highlights of my career. Now I get to spend more time with my husband, Tim and my 16-year-old daughter, Claire. We have two beautiful, poofy cats, Mo (Cocoa) and Boom. I also enjoy working out, reading, scrapbooking, and gardening in my free time.

Melissa is passionate about teaching young students to feel at ease when learning how to use language in its proper context and empowered to build on learning experiences in the classroom. Melissa earned a bachelor’s degree with Honours in French and Linguistics at the University of Brock. I am innately immersed and enriched with the ability to read, write and speak in dual languages. Language learning is a process that each student learns differently and must be embraced through customizing the learning experience to build memories. It is essential to build a bond with every student to earn their trust. The classroom is a place for students to build, grow, make mistakes and develop intellectuality.
