My daughter struggles in school and has multiple challenges. I reached out to Oxford Learning Niagara Falls and received wonderful customer service from the beginning. I felt confident that I'd made the right choice in booking my daughter for an assessment with Oxford Learning. The information we received from the assessment was extremely helpful in understanding her strengths, areas for improvement, and her learning needs. The assessment also showed us her potential, which was very encouraging because my daughter has experienced a lot of difficulties. My daughter normally struggles with academic tasks, but she actually loved the assessment (she had fun and Laurie was so encouraging!) and couldn't wait to start her lessons. Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions began just as she was about to start her in-person lessons. I wasn't sure how my daughter would cope with virtual lessons, but she is thriving and learning to be more independent. Her teacher is very supportive and makes learning fun and stress-free. Although they've never met in person, my daughter has developed a bond with her teacher. In just over a month, my daughter has already made huge strides in not only her math skills but also her confidence and learning strategies. She feels proud after each lesson and likes to tell me what she's learned. She loves her Zoom lessons but is also looking forward to eventually having in-person lessons with her teacher. I am so thrilled with Oxford Learning Niagara Falls, and all the support that the whole team has shown to my daughter. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner.
